Taliban confirms delegation to attend Moscow peace talks

The Taliban confirmed that they will send representatives to multilateral talks in Moscow on Nov 9 to discuss ways to kickstart peace talks between Kabul and the Taliban. Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid said that this conference is not about negotiations but "finding a peaceful solution to the Afghan quandary and ending the American occupation."
