UK actions toward US detainees post-9/11 'inexcusable,' report finds

The U.K. Parliament’s Intelligence and Security Committee said more could have been done by U.K. agencies and ministers “to seek to influence U.S. behavior” and to “distance themselves from mistreatment of detainees.”
