Despite tensions, Donald Trump and Mexico's incoming president say they had a positive phone call

While he denounced Donald Trump as "erratic and arrogant" during his campaign, Mexico's President-elect Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador and Trump both described their phone call in positive terms.
