Seattle Seahawks' recent draft history suffers another blow with release of 2017 second rounder Malik McDowell

The Seattle Seahawks waived Malik McDowell on Thursday, cutting the cord with a 2017 second-round pick who never played a snap. His departure looks like the latest draft mishap for a team that's had several since the epic 2012 haul that brought Russell Wilson and Bobby Wagner.
