Russia calls new U.S. sanctions over ex-spy's poisoning 'draconian' and 'far-fetched'

The sanctions, over Russia's role in the poisoning of one of its former spies, will limit Moscow's ability to purchase sensitive national security goods from the U.S., such as engines and circuits.
