Relief to Indians: US stops adverse visa policy

A US court has issued a preliminary injunction that prevents the United States citizenship and immigration services from implementing a policy under which "unlawful presence" of international students is computed retroactively. This action is significant for the 2 lakh odd students from India currently studying in the US.
