Cognizant rejigs management structure

Dharmendra Kumar (DK) Sinha, a Cognizant veteran and president of North America, is retiring from the company in July. Sinha, who managed 75% of Cognizant’s business, is leaving after 24 years with the firm. In 2019, he was elevated to head North American strategy, industry verticals, sales, delivery as well as mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, Sinha was president of global client services.
